We went out on our first official litter pick of the year this weekend with the new litter picking team in Ten Acres and we’re pleased to collect and dispose of 5 full bin bags of litter (and a motorbike windshield). The park side of Ten Acres was actually in reasonably good order but the work continues in earnest on the woodland side with many new beer bottles found across the site. It’s a popular spot for drinking and relaxing but the lack of bins means many are unprepared for the rubbish after thier visit.
